A charming cottage with 100ft of private waterfront on Messalonskee Lake (Snow Pond) situated in a quiet neighborhood on a dirt road in Sidney Maine.

Come spend the week swimming and exploring the lake by kayak and paddle boat or relaxing in the spacious yard enjoying beautiful sunsets. The cottage is nicely situated between Augusta and Waterville and minutes to the town of Belgrade Lakes. The Cottage has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. A spacious kitchen with a large breakfast bar overlooking the lake, great for morning coffee, dinning room seats 8, main floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 full and 1 full bath. Ground level has large living room and 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and bunk room with 2 twins. Cottage has oversized deck to relax and enjoy the waterfront views, open yard with patio and outdoor dinning table and gas grill. Oversized dock system plus a great sandy bottom. Included are 2 kayaks/1 paddle board (with life jackets) and firepit. We have a natural spring well and a holding tank for septic system so please use water sparingly. No AC but fans in each bedroom. Owner Restrictions: No Smokers, One Dog Allow prescreened with $100 non refundable deposit. We are happy to share our home with you, please respect it and leave it as you found it.
