Relax and enjoy sunrise and sunset views at this beautiful 3 bedroom lakeside home plus loft on a privately owned peninsula. Home sits on 650 feet of waterfront and several acres of land, offering sweeping water views. Wonderful sandy beach on one side, with dock system in quiet cove on the other side. Bright and sunny home offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 4 twin beds. Property offers washer & dryer, dishwasher, gas range, gas grill, toaster oven, beverage refrigerator, coffee pot, Keurig, WIFI and fans. The dock system includes a boat mooring, and property also includes swim raft, canoe, and 2 kayaks. In case of cool nights, a propane heater will create a warm, cozy environment. (please do not use wood stove). Take a short boat ride across the lake to explore Belgrade Village, visit Day’s Store, or dock and dine at the Village Inn or other in town restaurants. Take a quick drive to Sadie’s, or a 5 minute ride to tee off at the Belgrade Lakes Golf Club, a Clive Clark design, featured in Travel Mag as the Most Charming Golf Course in Maine. No smoking. Sorry no pets and no AC without prior written approval. Renters will be assessed $500 fee for any pets on premises without written pre-approval. Air conditioners surcharge is $150 per week.
