Welcome to our retreat on the Long Pond peninsula. This beautiful 4 bedroom home sits on an acre of land and over 200 feet of waterfront, with magnificent sunrise water views. There are two dock systems available. This bright and sunny home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 5 twin beds. Property offers WIFI, Satellite TV, washer & dryer, dishwasher, drink refrigerator, gas range, gas grill, toaster oven, coffee pot, Keurig, and fans. The dock system includes a boat mooring, and property also includes swim raft, and 3 kayaks. In case of cool nights, several baseboard heaters will help create a warm environment. (please do not use wood stove).
Take a short boat ride across the lake to explore Belgrade Village, visit Day’s Store, or dock and dine at the Village Inn or other in town restaurants. Take
a quick drive to Sadie’s, or a 5 minute ride to tee off at the Belgrade Lakes Golf Club, a Clive Clark design, featured in TravelMag as the Most Charming Golf Course in Maine. No smoking. Sorry no pets and no AC without prior written approval. Renters will be assessed $500 fee for any pets on premises without written pre-approval. Air conditioners surcharge is $150 per week. Linens are available for rental if requested in advance. Please see website for details. Please enjoy use of our lakeside cottage, and leave furniture as you found it. Consider also the adjoining property "Point Retreat" which offers added space for friends or family, and an additional 650 feet of waterfront.
