Waterfront is a little rocky, 4 ft in depth and just 3 steps off the dock and you will enter a wonderful swim area. Cottage living space is open and bright. The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and rocker. Large dining area, table seats 6 people. The fully equipped Kitchen is adequate with small gas range, microwave and refrigerator. It has all the comforts of home, toaster, braun coffee maker, pots & pans, bakeware, crock pot and much more. You wont be bored here. There is plenty of DVD/VHS movies, lots of games, stereo and flat screen screen TV with digital tuner. Picnic table, outside chairs and miscellaneous fishing rods and tackle for your use. Stunning open views of Great Pond. Pets are welcome!
